You must notify q9play immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account by contacting our support team via live chat. q9play reserves the right to suspend any account pending investigation of suspected unauthorized access.
You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account, whether or not authorized by you. q9play accounts are non-transferable and may not be sold, gifted, or otherwise assigned to another person.
q9play accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Philippine Peso (₱) via the following methods: GCash, PayMaya / Maya, and local bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank). Withdrawal requests are processed within 10 minutes for GCash and PayMaya under normal operating conditions, subject to KYC verification being complete. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution. q9play reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing pending identity verification or fraud investigation.
q9play is committed to compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. Withdrawals must be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically possible. q9play reserves the right to request documentation to verify the source of funds deposited into any account.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by q9play are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, as well as these general bonus terms. In the event of a conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence.
Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before withdrawal. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated in the promotion terms. Unclaimed or unused bonus funds will expire in accordance with the validity period stated in the relevant promotion. Expired bonus funds will be removed from your account balance without notice.
